Where It All Began
In May 2021, Paradise and Vibe hosted its very first retreat on the beautiful shores of Negril, Jamaica. Set at Travellers Beach Resort along the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, this experience brought together culture, nature, and community in the most authentic way.
Each day offered something special. Guests practiced yoga beneath the Caribbean sun, hiked through waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery, and sailed on a catamaran to the iconic Rick’s Café to watch the sunset over the sea. Participants also joined in a meaningful tree-planting activity through the hotel’s non-profit organization, NEET (Negril Education Environment Trust), contributing to the local environment and community.
Jamaica 2021 was more than a beginning. It was the moment the vision for Paradise and Vibe came to life, born in the waters of the Caribbean and rooted in a spirit of connection, wellness, and purpose.
