From December 28th, 2024 to January 2nd, 2025, Paradise & Vibe welcomed the New Year in the peaceful heart of Costa Rica. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, guests embarked on a transformative Hot Yoga Retreat designed to reconnect mind, body, and spirit through the guiding theme of “Wellness Reimagined.”

Each day began with the warmth of Bikram Yoga and was filled with mindfulness, adventure, and reflection. With the inspiring presence of Elizabeth Gilbert, participants explored new ways to nurture themselves through movement, meditation, and community. Friendships blossomed, laughter flowed easily, and healing took root in both body and soul.

Costa Rica 2024 was a sanctuary of renewal and connection. It was a celebration of wellness, intention, and the joy of beginning a new year grounded in peace and possibility.
