This session goes deep into the mechanics of presence: the signals you send before you speak, the visual story you're telling in professional and personal spaces, and the disconnect that quietly costs you rooms, opportunities, and relationships. We close that gap on purpose. Using The CURATED Method framework, you leave with a clear, actionable presence audit and a redesign intention you can execute at home. 5 Hot Yoga Sessions
Daily heated yoga from an accessible welcome flow through deep yin integration. Each session builds on the last, creating a progressive transformation arc across the week.
2 Hot Pilates + 3 Pilates Sessions
Two intense heated Pilates sessions for core and posterior chain activation, plus three temperature-varied sessions including restorative mat work and a closing seal sequence.
Body Scan & Somatic Movement
A P+V-led restorative session on Day 4 — floor-based somatic movement and guided body scan to actively recover and reconnect with the body between intense training days.
The Architecture of You
Kasondra's Workshop #1 — CURATED Season 1: Image Architecture. Every element of how you show up is a design decision. This session audits the defaults and introduces the framework for intentional identity design.
Presence by Design
Kasondra's Workshop #2 — The gap between how you see yourself and how the world receives you is closeable. This session examines presence as a designed output and sends guests home with a concrete redesign plan.
3 Xinalani Group Activities
Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremony, and Meditation Workshop are woven into the program. Optional add-ons include Ecstatic Dance, Wild Dolphins Encounter, Bonfire, and Salsa Night.
