3 Things to Add to your Nighttime Routine

As I've gotten older I've come to realize that nighttime routines do help with a smoother transition into the next day. It provides a sense of structure and proper quality time for oneself after a long day. Please continue to read as I break down my current routine in 3 simple steps.

2. Set the Tone

Aromatherapy is a great way to set the tone for some relaxation before bed or anytime. Light a candle or your favorite incense. Switch on your night light, and grab a book to read or a journal to write in.

3. Nighttime Meditation

Take this time to get centered before going to bed. This allows for us to release what no longer serves and set an intention for our nights’ rest.
